10. Prices and purchase summary
Prices are shown in PLN. Consumer prices are gross. Before purchase, the user must see the price, billing period, automatic renewal information, next payment date, cancellation method and key limits.
11. Contract conclusion
The Free plan contract is concluded after registration, acceptance of the terms and confirmation of required information. A paid plan contract is concluded after plan selection, order summary, terms acceptance, successful payment and subscription activation.
12. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. SiteSentinel does not store full card data. Supported methods depend on Stripe and account settings. Failed payment may trigger notice, retry attempts, limitation of paid features after an appropriate period and data retention instead of immediate deletion.
13. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew for the next period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal information must be visible before purchase.
14. Plan changes
Changing a plan may cause immediate limit changes, proration or a change from the next period. The exact effect must be shown before confirmation.
15. Cancellation
Users may cancel through the panel or Customer Portal. Paid features remain active until the end of the paid period unless clear information before confirmation states otherwise.
16. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Early service start requires a separate unchecked declaration. SiteSentinel does not automatically remove the entire withdrawal right without meeting legal conditions. A withdrawal form is available on the withdrawal page.
17. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through the panel or to pomoc@sitesentinel.pl. A complaint should include user data, issue description, date and expected resolution. A request number is assigned and response time follows applicable law.
18. Availability
The provider works to maintain availability but does not guarantee SLA without a separate agreement. Maintenance, provider failures, internet issues, external website delays and force majeure may occur.
19. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. In B2B relations, liability may be limited to fees paid in a defined period, excluding cases that cannot be limited by law, especially intentional damage. Scan results are not guaranteed to be error-free.
20. Data export and deletion
Users may export available data before account deletion. After deletion, data is removed or anonymized according to retention policy and legal duties.
21. Termination
Users may end the Free plan by deleting the account. The provider may terminate after serious breach, unlawful activity, security threat, persistent non-payment or use exceeding allowed limits, with an opportunity to cure where possible.
22. Changes
Terms may change due to law, feature, price, vendor, security or abuse-prevention changes. Material changes are communicated in advance and do not apply retroactively without a legal basis.
23. Governing law
Polish law applies while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
